Maura Magni, President and Senior Partner of BMV International, participated as a speaker in the event "HR and the Legal Market - Gender Equality, Inclusion, Talent" organized by 4cLegal on Tuesday, November 7th. The meeting was dedicated to HR issues in the legal market.
In this edition, the various speakers delved into the "Social" component of the ESG triad to review the latest trends and developments.
Maura took part in the panel discussion "Diversity & Inclusion: not just a corporate responsibility manifesto, but a commitment to be put into practice," along with Valentina Corino (Partner at Gebbia Bortolotto Penalisti Associati), Chiara Adam (Senior People Experience Partner - Italy Lead JLL) and Manuela Mancino (Culture & Inclusion Lead Vodafone). The panel was moderated by Andrea Cabrini (Co-Director of Milano Finanza).
