The summary of the lecture given by Nicolò Ghibellini as part of the Master's program "The legal tech expert" by 24ORE Business School in partnership with 4cLegal regarding startups and innovative SMEs.
The first objective of the lecture was to provide all the information necessary for the full understanding of the characteristics of the two types of companies under consideration and the requirements to be qualified as innovative.
After that, it went on to examine the regime and the prerequisites to qualify for tax benefits related to the constitution of a Start Up or SME.
