Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Padua, Ottavio Morandi has decades of experience as a certified public accountant, auditor, and legal auditor with particular expertise in administrative and accounting consulting, management control, tax assistance, tax litigation, corporate assistance, strategies in the management of business crises, and the settlement of corporate and shareholder conflicts.
He has practiced as a Certified Public Accountant from 1976 to the present, with offices in Brescia and Milan. He holds positions of Control, Legal Auditor, Member of Supervisory Bodies ex DL 231/2001, Member and President of Boards of Statutory Auditors and Audit Bodies in Joint Stock Companies, Limited Liability Companies and Consortiums.
