Nicolò holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Ferrara. He provides legal consultancy on company contractual practice, industrial and intellectual property rights, and law for new technologies. In regard to the latter, Nicolò widely supports enterprises interested in developing their activities on the web, including the legal framework related with ecommerce, online brand security and privacy in general. He also serves as a consultant and trainer in Legal Information Technology, lecturing at sector fairs (as Smau in MIlan) and at conferences promoted by different trade associations and institutional bodies (Unindustria – Industrial Association, CNA – National Association of small and medium enterprises, Veneto Region).
Nicolò actively operates as university lecturer as academic assistant in Legal Informatics at the Department of Law, University of Ferrara, where he also taught as external professor in "Digital contents" within the course in "Information Tecnologies and legal research". He also collaborates with the Graduate School for Legal Professions, Department of Law at the University of Padua and is an active Member of the Information Technology commission operating at the Bar Association in Rovigo.
