Born in Carate Brianza in 1957 and graduated in Bergamo in 1982;
Concurrently enrolled in the Register of Certified Public Accountants of Bergamo since 09/26/1986 at no. 384/a and in the Register of Auditors pursuant to Ministerial Decree 12/04/1995 published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic, supplement no. 31bis-IV special series- of 04/21/1995 at progressive number 28385;
He practices his professional activity in Bergamo, Via San Bernardino, 139/N, being enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants and in the Register of Auditors since 1995 (year of establishment of the register) at no.28385;
He has acquired a long experience in local government auditing since the year 1989 with the introduction of Law 142 some of the municipalities where he has served are: Bonate Sopra, Almenno S.Bartolomeo, Verdello, Verdellino, Bonate Sotto, Dalmine, Ciserano, Brembate Sopra, Brembate, Pontirolo, Brignano, Bergamo, Ardesio, Lurano, Albino, Morengo, Ghisalba, Cavernago, Calvenzano, Osio Sotto and recently Capriate San Gervasio, .
He has held positions in public companies, particularly with regard to the water sector he was a member of the Board of Directors of ATO Bergamo, as well as Auditor of R.I.A. S.p.A.- Risanamento Idrico Ambientale, and UNIACQUE S.p.A. a public company in the lower Bergamo area.
For Verdello and Brembate Sopra he oversaw the entire procedure of the establishment and then privatization of municipal pharmacies.
He has held auditing positions at the Treviglio (BG) Hospital Company as well as at the A.S.L. of Bergamo, UNIACQUE S.p.A. and private companies as auditor.
