Margherita graduated from Pisa in 2010 and is currently a lawyer registered at the Milan Bar Association. She has developed her professional skills mainly in the areas of civil law, private international law, pharmaceutical law, corporate law, and data processing.
She broadened her knowledge in the field of life sciences law after graduating from the "G. Benzi" Biennial Post-master's degree in Regulatory Disciplines at the University of Pavia.
She provides legal assistance to Italian and international clients in the negotiation and drafting of contracts related to business activities and in extraordinary M&A transactions. She also acts as a defence counsel in litigation both before the ordinary courts and in arbitration proceedings.
