She has been entrusted by the University of Bergamo concerning private law course and now by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore concerning communication law.
She won a scholarship in Bruxelles for the "Women in Public Services Project", a project belonging to Hillary Clinton.
She deals with compliance, commercial law and contracting even on-line, both in court proceedings and extra-judicial settings.
She assists the negotiation, construction, draft and review of cross border and domestic agreements and contracts, from the MOU/letter of intent or term sheet up to final draft.
She ensures and oversees transactions focused on new technologies too, both inside and outside Italy.
She has also been in-house counsel, on behalf of her law firm, following the start-up phase of a German group. She has a significant and longstanding experience even in managing companies workability and compliance.
