Enrico earned a bachelor's and master's degree in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University Milan.
His numerous roles as Sole Director, Board Member and Statutory Auditor have led him to develop expertise in the areas of corporate restructuring plans (food, mechanical, automotive sectors), preparation of business valuation reports and buying and selling of companies.
He has been registered as a Certified Public Accountant in Brescia and a Registered Auditor since April 2010.
Since 2009, he has been working with Studio Morandi, developing more than ten years of expertise in the preparation of financial statements and the fulfillment of all tax and corporate obligations, accounting and tax due diligence, legal audits, compliance visas, business appraisals and valuations, VAT and national and international tax consulting, national and international contracting, corporate law consulting, cost analysis and business planning, structuring of complex extraordinary transactions typical of M&A and Restructuring, analysis and direct management of real estate and securities investments, including through complex corporate structures and holding companies.
