Graduated with honors in Law in 2016 from the University of Bergamo with a thesis in comparative public law, supervisor Prof. Mauro Mazza, entitled "Powers and Functions of the President of the United States of America."  

Having completed the mandatory period of professional practice, he passed the bar exam at the Brescia Court of Appeals, also achieving the "Marco Ubertini" award instituted by Cassa Forense in favor of the candidates who passed the tests with the highest marks. He has therefore been registered as a lawyer held by the Bergamo Bar Association since 12.11.2019. 

In 2022 he founded the firm Vitali & d'Amore - Studio Legale Associato together with his dominus lawyer Silverio Vitali, with whom he has continued to collaborate since his professional qualification. 

His professional interests are mainly focused on corporate and business crisis law, both on the consulting and litigation sides. He regularly takes on the role of counsel in the interest of bankruptcy proceedings.   

Since 2020, he has been collaborating, as an expert in the subject, with the chair of commercial law held by Distinguished Prof. Vincenzo De Stasio at the Department of Law, University of Bergamo. 

Since 2021 he has also been collaborating with www.giurisprudenzadelleimprese.it, where he is a member of the Committee of Editors, carrying out the activity of reviewing the submissions of other contributors in addition to his own editorial activity of maximizing the jurisdictional measures of the specialized sections on business of various Courts and Courts of Appeal. 

In July 2021, he was designated Territorial Sports Judge for the four-year Olympic period 2021- 2024 at the Bergamo Provincial Committee of the Italian Volleyball Federation.
