Michele Angelo Verna was born in Rome in 1968 and graduated cum laude in law from the University of Florence in 1994.
He is an expert in Strategy, Management, Organization, Business Transformation, HR and Change Management with a 30-year career in Italy and globally. He is currently "Of Counsel" of BMV International and assists companies as interim executive, board member and/or advisor in ordinary and extraordinary management (M&A, Business planning, corporate reorganizations and capitalization and internationalization processes).
Verna comes to BMV after important national and international experience, in Assolombarda as General Manager, in the Techint Group as Global Head of Human Resources, Organization and Communication, and previously in the Vodafone Group where he held various positions as Director of Human Resources and Communication Italy and then Southern Europe Region. He later served as a member of the Board of Directors of Vodafone Germany and, in the London office, as Group Organization Effectiveness and Change Director. Before coming to BMV, he was General Manager Group Company System of Rosetti Marino S.p.A.
He is the author of essays and publications on topics related to Human Resource Management, Corporate Communication and Customer Management.
